New Index definition

New Index. - shall mean the Index last published before actual payment under this guarantee.
New Index means the index published most recently prior to the day of the update;
New Index refers to the Salary index of Q4 the year in which the Old Price was applicable. ●● “Initial Index” refers to the Salary index for Q4 of the year preceding the year in which the Old Price was applicable.

  • If it shall transpire that the New Index is equal to the Basic Index or lower therefrom, the Amount of the Guarantee shall remain unchanged.
