New Indenture has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
New Indenture means the Indenture by and between Congoleum Corporation, as Issuer, and [Bank], as Trustee, dated as of the Effective Date relating to the New Senior Notes substantially in the form attached as Exhibit "H" to the Plan.

New Indenture means the Indenture dated as of the Effective Date relating to the New Senior Notes and which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit “D” to the Plan. The New Indenture will be filed as part of the Plan Supplement.
