New Goods definition

New Goods means any Goods ordered by the Customer which have not been ordered by the Customer from the Supplier before and which are not produced in accordance with any specification provided by the Customer (i.e. standard, non-bespoke Goods);
New Goods means the goods acquired from the Company, with services or material added by the Purchaser. “Order” means the official purchase order received in writing from the Purchaser.

  • With respect to any defect in material or workmanship covered by this Limited Warranty, if Buyer notifies Seller of such defect in writing within the warranty period, Seller will, at its sole option, (i) with respect to New Goods, either repair or replace any such defective Goods or part thereof, or (ii) with respect to Renewed Goods, repair or re-perform the defective services or part thereof.
