New Funds definition

New Funds means funds advanced to Borrower on or after November 6, 1998 through the purchase of Units or otherwise up to the aggregate outstanding principal amount of $6,200,000.

New Funds means the net increase in value when comparing the New Customer's total balance (in the form of both deposits and / or investments) held with the Bank after the deposit of funds in the New Account with the average total balance for the 3 months prior to the date of deposit of funds in the New Account.
