New Functionality definition

New Functionality means new functionality that is introduced to the Platform by an Upgrade; and

New Functionality means new functionality that is introduced to the Platform by an Upgrade. 1.2 References in this Schedule to Paragraphs are to the paragraphs of this Schedule, unless otherwise stated.

New Functionality shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.v of Exhibit E to this Agreement.

More Definitions of New Functionality

New Functionality means new functionality that is introduced to the Platform by an Upgrade.

New Functionality means a new feature incorporated in an Upgrade or a New Version which is not available in the version licensed to the Buyer under the Supplier Terms;
