New Financial Security definition

New Financial Security means new or substitute Financial Security as required by clause 17.12 (“Change in circumstances of Generator”), clause 17.13 (“Change in circumstances of bank providing Financial Security”) or clause 17.14 (“Generator may request swap of Financial Security”). New National Electricity Law means the National Electricity Law referred to in section 12 of the National Electricity (South Australia) (New National Electricity Law) Amendment Act 2005 (SA) as given effect in Queensland.
New Financial Security means new or substitute Financial Security as required by clause 10.12, clause 10.13 or clause 10.14.

  • Capital Markets Debt means any debt securities or debt financing issued pursuant to an indenture, notes purchase agreement or similar financing arrangement (but excluding any credit agreement) whether offered pursuant to a registration statement under the Securities Act or under an exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act.

  • 2021 Notes means the 4.700% Senior Notes due 2021, originally issued by Ensco plc (now Valaris), a public limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales.

  • Subordinated Notes means the Initial Notes and the Exchange Notes and, more particularly, any Subordinated Note authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, including those Subordinated Notes issued or authenticated upon transfer, replacement or exchange.

  • Restricted Certificated Note means a Certificated Note bearing the Private Placement Legend.

  • National Securities Exchange means an exchange registered with the Commission under Section 6(a) of the Exchange Act (or any successor to such Section).
