New Executive definition

New Executive means an Executive who has served as an executive of the Company for fewer than five years. Executive’s service to the Company as an executive will be deemed to begin upon the date of commencement of employment as an executive officer or upon the date of promotion to an executive officer position. A New Executive will be first eligible for the benefits under this Agreement upon the completion of one year of continuous service as an executive officer of the Company, unless the Board of Directors or Compensation Committee determines otherwise.

More Definitions of New Executive

New Executive means an Eligible Employee who has not met the minimum service requirements of the Savings Plan and any individual who, during the Plan Year is promoted to a key executive or managerial position.

  • County Executive means the County Executive of the County.

  • Date of Employment means the first day an Employee performs an Hour of Service.

  • Covered Executives means the Company’s current and former executive officers, as determined by the Administrator in accordance with the definition of executive officer set forth in Rule 10D-1 and the Listing Standards.
