New Country definition

New Country means any country other than an Existing Country which has been requested by Shire International GmbH as described in Section 2.2(ii) or which has-been agreed as described in Section 2.2(iii).
New Country means any country additional to those countries for which the Supplier has already manufactured Products for the Buyer set out in Schedule 4 as at the Commencement Date;
New Country means a country location of Software transferred to a country other than the Existing Country.
