New Construction Committee definition

New Construction Committee or "NCC" shall mean the New Construction Committee referred to in Article X, Section 1 of the Declaration.
New Construction Committee means the committee established pursuant to Section 3.7 of this Declaration.

Examples of New Construction Committee in a sentence

  • The Declarant shall establish a New Construction Committee consisting of one or more members appointed by the Declarant to approve New Construction on each Lot and to perform such other functions and duties as may be imposed upon it by this Declaration or the Declarant related thereto.

  • All other signs must be approved in advance in writing by the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable, as provided above.

  • So long as Declarant owns at least one (1) Lot in the Property, the Declarant shall have the right to appoint and remove all members of the New Construction Committee.

  • No reflective materials, including, but without limitation, aluminum foil, reflective screens or glass, mirrors or similar type items, shall be installed or placed upon the outside or inside of any windows, except that professional window tinting shall be allowed subject to prior written approval of the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable.

  • To the extent reasonably practicable, all lines, wires, or other devices for the communication or transmission of electric current or power, including telephone, television, and radio signals, shall be contained in conduits or cables installed and maintained underground or concealed in, under, or on buildings or other structures, as approved by the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable.

  • At such time as the Association acquires the rights and obligations of the New Construction Committee, the Association may, in its discretion, elect to merge the New Construction Committee into the Architectural Committee, in which event the Architectural Committee shall thereafter perform the functions of the New Construction Committee.

  • Such standard may be more specifically determined by the Board or the New Construction Committee, as applicable.

  • Temporary power or telephone structures incident to construction activities approved by the New Construction Committee or Architectural Committee, as applicable are permitted.

Related to New Construction Committee

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Coordinating board means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Project Committee means a Committee comprising the Minister, the Lord Mayor or Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and the Chairman or Acting Chairman of the Metropolitan Region Planning Authority constituted under and for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Project Board means an advertisement displaying information with regard to the relevant contractor(s) and / or consultant(s) involved in the construction project and displayed on the construction site.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Technical Advisory Committee means a committee established under section 12;

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Finance Committee means the Finance Committee of the University;
