New Charter Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock, $0.001 par value, of New Charter.
New Charter Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock, $0.001 par value, of New Charter. “Option A Base Exchange Ratio” means 0.5409.

  • Parent and New Charter shall take such actions as are necessary for the assumption of the Company Stock Options and Company RSUs pursuant to Sections 2.04(a) and (b), including the reservation, issuance and listing of New Charter Common Stock as is necessary to effectuate the transactions contemplated by this Section 2.04.
