New beds definition

New beds are those awarded through the Ministry of Health, RFP process. In the case where the Employer moves “Existing Long Term Care Beds” to the new build and or these beds are combined with “New Beds”, the following shall apply:
New beds means beds allocated for addition to the cur- rent licensed bed capacity of any planning area.
New beds means beds of providers that were placed into service after the implementation of the Hawaii Medicaid program's initial prospective payment system.

For OCONUS task orders where costs are not specifically addressed in the DSSR, the Government will reimburse the Contractor for all reasonable, allowable, and allocable costs in accordance with FAR 31, Contract Cost Principles and Procedures, and other applicable agency specific regulatory supplements.
