New Application definition

New Application means a registration application that has been filed by an applicant who has never had an active registration.

New Application means an application for an Iowa professional permit to carry weapons that is filed when the applicant does not currently hold an Iowa permit to carry weapons or when the applicant does not file the application at least 30 days prior to the expiration of a currently held Iowa permit to carry weapons.

Examples of New Application in a sentence

• For each New Application obtained principally through the efforts of SMI, but not for other New Applications, the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith to adjust the Products Minimum Annual Purchase Requirements taking into consideration reasonable expectations of market increase for such New Application and any reasonable expectation of market decrease for existing Permitted Clinical Applications of Products.

More Definitions of New Application

New Application means a new application filed under section 8(3), 12(6) or 37(4) or as mentioned in section 15(9);

New Application means new finished printed matter that was not printed prior to the Issue Date such as, without limitation, shoes, bags or printing on polyester.
