New Aircraft definition

New Aircraft. Has the meaning specified in the Note Purchase Agreement.

Examples of New Aircraft in a sentence

  • The Company shall announce each Vacancy on a New Aircraft Type and award such Vacancies pursuant to the provisions of Section 18 (Filling of Vacancies).

  • Training on a New Aircraft Type or Derivative Model Aircraft shall be as provided in Section 12 (Training).

  • If the New Aircraft shall operate in the same or a substantially similar operation, the parties shall meet promptly following written request by either party to negotiate Hourly Pay Rates applicable to such New Aircraft that differ from those contained in the Agreement or has otherwise been mutually agreed to by the parties.

More Definitions of New Aircraft

New Aircraft means an aircraft that is still owned by the manufacturer, distributor, or dealer, if there is no intervening private owner, lease, or time sharing arrangement, and the aircraft has not been used in any pilot school and/or other commercial operation.
