Nevada UCC definition

Nevada UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code ("UCC") as in effect on the date hereof in the State of Nevada;
Nevada UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as from time to time in effect in the State of Nevada; provided, however, that, at any time, if by reason of mandatory provisions of law, any or all of the perfection or priority of the Purchaser’s security interest in any item or portion of the Collateral is governed by the Uniform Commercial Code or similar law as in effect in a jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada, the term “UCC” shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect, at such time, in such other jurisdiction for purposes of the provisions hereof relating to such perfection or priority and for purposes of definitions relating to such provisions.

Nevada UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the date of such opinion in the State of Nevada.
Nevada UCC whenever used herein means the Uniform Commercial Code as presently in effect in the State of Delaware, the State of New York, the State of Ohio and the State of Nevada, respectively. In rendering this opinion we have examined the Credit Documents and the Financing Statements as necessary or appropriate to enable us to render the opinions expressed below. Nevada UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the date hereof in the State of Nevada (without regard to laws referenced in Section 9-201 thereof)*; (ii) “New York UCC” means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect on the date hereof in the State of New York*; (iii) “Filing Office” means the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada; and (iv) “UCC Collateral” means the Collateral (as defined in the Security Agreement) to the extent the New York UCC or the Nevada UCC, as applicable, governs a security interest in such collateral.
