Network Upgrades definition

Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:
Network Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Network Upgrades means any upgrades to the Pool Transmission Facilities and the Transmission Provider’s transmission and distribution systems, including any System Modifications under the Interconnection Agreement, necessary for Delivery of the Energy to the Delivery Point, including those that are necessary for the Facility’s Capacity to be recognized as a Capacity Resource pursuant to the ISO-NE Rules.

Examples of Network Upgrades in a sentence

  • Accounts and records related to the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of Interconnecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades shall be subject to audit for a period of twenty-four (24) months following Interconnecting Transmission Owner’s issuance of a final invoice in accordance with Article 12.2.

  • Interconnection Customer and/or Gen Lead Owner, as applicable, shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A (Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades) at its/their sole expense.

  • In the event that Seller is not repaid all Seller-funded amounts for such Network Upgrades within five (5) years after the Commercial Operation Date, Seller may, subject to Buyer’s consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, assign to Buyer its rights under the LGIP and Interconnection Agreement to repayment of such unpaid amounts.

  • Interconnecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A (Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades) at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer.

  • Seller shall be responsible for receiving Network Resource Interconnection Service (or its equivalent) from the Transmission Provider in accordance with the Transmission Provider’s Large Generator Interconnection Procedures (“LGIP”) including funding of any Network Upgrades, as defined in therein.


More Definitions of Network Upgrades

Network Upgrades has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff. “Network Upgrades Cap” has the meaning set forth in Section 13.9.1.1.
Network Upgrades means the additions, modifications and upgrades required at or beyond the Electric Interconnection Point to accommodate Full Deliverability.
Network Upgrades means all additions, improvements and upgrades to the network facilities, as defined by the Transmission System Code, for the connection of the Facility, as more particularly specified pursuant to the System Impact Assessment, Customer Impact Assessment and Transmission System Code for generator or storage connections.
Network Upgrades means those facilities located beyond the point of interconnection of the generating facility to the transmission grid.
Network Upgrades means all apparatus, modifications, and additions to the Transmission Owner’s electric system, the New York Transmission System or, if applicable, an affected system, that is required at or beyond the Interconnection Point that are required for the Project to connect reliably to the New York Transmission System.
Network Upgrades means additions, modifications and upgrades to the BC Hydro System that are determined by the Buyer to be interconnection or transmission network upgrades under the applicable policies of the Buyer or under the Buyer’s Open Access Transmission Tariff in effect from time to time.
Network Upgrades shall have the meaning as defined in the MISO and SPP tariffs.
