Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.
Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;
Project Management Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager providing for the Manager to manage and co‑ordinate the development and construction of the Resort and includes, if that agreement is terminated, any other agreement in like and similar terms made with the prior consent of the Minister;
Service Level Agreements means an agreement between NZX and a Market Participant and/or an Advisor setting out the terms and conditions of use of NZX technology and services;
Customer Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer set out in Call Off Schedule 4 (Implementation Plan) and any other responsibilities of the Customer in the Call Off Order Form or agreed in writing between the Parties from time to time in connection with this Call Off Contract;
Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

PJM Reliability Assurance Agreement means that certain Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region, on file with FERC as PJM Interconnection L.L.C. Rate Schedule FERC No. 44, and as amended from time to time thereafter. Schedule of Work:
Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.
Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.
Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Transition Services Agreement means a transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C to be entered into between Seller and Purchaser at the Closing.
Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.
State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.
Sustainability Structuring Agent means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC, in its capacity as sustainability structuring agent hereunder.
