Network License definition

Network License means a floating license that can be used by any computer that has access to a particular network server. A Network License is issued as a set of two (2) license files, including: a server license file that resides on the network server, and a client license file that is installed on each computer in order to access that server.
Network License has the meanings set out in section 3.5.
Network License is a license to: (a) install the Software on any Devices connected to a Network onto which the license management tool has been deployed; and (2) use the Software on up to the Permitted Number of Devices and/or with the Permitted Number of Users as reported by the license management tool.
