Network Laboratory definition

Network Laboratory means a certified provider of laboratory services who has entered into this Contract with EGID to accept scheduled reimbursement for covered laboratory services provided to members.
Network Laboratory means a certified Laboratory that has entered into this Contract with the DOC to accept scheduled reimbursement for covered medical services provided to Inmates.
Network Laboratory means a participating laboratory in plan’s network of laboratories that has a participation agreement in effect (either directly or indirectly) with Bright HealthCare.
