Network Device definition

Network Device is defined as the hardware and/or software whose primary purpose is to route and control communications between computers or computer networks. Examples of network devices include but are not limited to, routers, firewalls and network load balancers.
Network Device means a standalone or chassis-based network device/card/processor.
Network Device means Customer’s physical or virtualized device, or public cloud account that the Solution accesses to collect configuration and state information, as further described in the Documentation.

More Definitions of Network Device

Network Device means a physical network element, such as a router or switch, that is polled, logged into, or otherwise accessed by the Software for the purpose of extracting configuration, state, or statistical data.
