Network Deterioration definition

Network Deterioration means the material deterioration, failure or interruption of the network performance of the Insured’s Computer Systems such that the network capacity is on average at least 25% reduced during the period of deterioration compared with the average network capacity of the previous 90 days.

  • Leak-detection system means a system capable of detecting the failure of either the primary or secondary containment structure or the presence of a release of hazardous waste or accumulated liquid in the secondary containment structure.
