Network Availability definition

Network Availability means the capability of the equipment to resume functions after a remotely initiated trigger has been detected by a network port;
Network Availability means the monthly uptime percentage, excluding scheduled maintenance that Company guarantees during any monthly billing cycle. “Cloud Voice Availability” means the functioning of all Cloud Voice Services including telephony and audio conferencing services that have a direct impact on new call attempts and call completions that Company guarantees during any monthly billing cycle. Secondary capabilities, such as voicemail availability, are not included in Cloud Voice Availability.
Network Availability means the CPE, when correctly connected and configured, is able ping one of SCC’s DNS servers. These are currently 89.105.96.51 and 89.105.96.52, but may be subject to change;

More Definitions of Network Availability

Network Availability means the percentage of time during a specific calendar month, that the Core Network was available to pass traffic. Network Availability is based on ticket information from the Rogers Trouble Reporting System: Rogers continuously monitors each Network Node for availability. If an Out of Service condition is detected on a specific Network Node, the Core Network will be deemed to be unavailable for the length of the outage. Network Availability is calculated as the total number of minutes that the Core Network was unavailable during a specific month, divided by the total number of minutes in the specific month, multiplied by hundred (100) (for the percentage).

Network Availability is defined as Summit Hosting’s network’s ability to pass incoming and outgoing TCP/IP traffic. A “Force Majeure Event” means an event beyond reasonable control rendering performance commercially unreasonable, including, but not limited to acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, embargo, prohibitive or punitive duties, shortage of materials, failure of performance by suppliers, acts of governments, delay of carrier, power failure, or failure of telecommunications or internet service.
Network Availability means the percentage of the time that each access device used to provide Dial-Up Access Services is reachable through the Vendor Network from the Customer's front-end hosts and vice-versa.
