Net Unrealized Loss definition

Net Unrealized Loss means the excess, if any, of the aggregate adjusted bases, for federal income tax purposes, of all Investments over the aggregate Fair Market Value of all Investments.
Net Unrealized Loss means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate amount of all Unrealized Losses with respect to all Collateral Debt Securities constituting part of the Warehouse Portfolio at such time and with respect to all Contributed Capital Assets held by the Borrower at such time over (b) the aggregate amount of all Unrealized Gains with respect to all Collateral Debt Securities constituting part of the Warehouse Portfolio at such time and with respect to all Contributed Capital Assets held by the Borrower at such time.
Net Unrealized Loss means, as of any Net Unrealized Loss Measurement Date, an amount equal to (a) the aggregate Investment Cost of each Investment then held by the Company plus (b) the Allocable Management Fees for each such Investment less (c) the aggregate of the FMV of each such Investment as of such date. For the avoidance of doubt, Net Unrealized Loss cannot be less than zero.
