Net Revenue Interest definition

Net Revenue Interest means, with respect to any Property, the interest in and to all Hydrocarbons produced, saved, and sold from or allocated to such Property after giving effect to all royalties, overriding royalties, production payments, carried interests, net profits interests, reversionary interests, and other burdens upon, measured by, or payable out or production therefrom.
Net Revenue Interest means an interest (expressed as a percentage or decimal fraction) in and to all Hydrocarbons produced and saved from or attributable to an Oil and Gas Property.
Net Revenue Interest means a share, expressed as a decimal, of the oil, gas and other minerals (or the proceeds of sale thereof) produced and saved from or otherwise attributable to an Interest and the zones, horizons and reservoirs produced therefrom, after the deduction of all royalties, overriding royalties and other burdens on production.

More Definitions of Net Revenue Interest

Net Revenue Interest means, for any Well, the holder’s share of the Hydrocarbons produced, saved and marketed therefrom (after satisfaction of all Burdens).
Net Revenue Interest mean the percentage share in all oil, gas and other Hydrocarbons produced from a well, lease, unit or other Oil and Gas Interest after satisfaction of applicable lessor royalties, overriding royalties, oil payments and other payments out of or measured by the production of oil, gas and other Hydrocarbons from such well, lease, unit or other Oil and Gas Interest.
