Net Proceeds Interest definition

Net Proceeds Interest means the value received by the Company from the sale of product from the subject property and processing facility less the operating costs of the mine and processing facility, but before amortizing the investment.
Net Proceeds Interest means the right to receive the applicable percentage of Net Proceeds from Operations on the Property. All determinations of Net Proceeds shall be made on the accrual basis and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Net Proceeds Interest means certain amounts calculated as provided in Exhibit E, which may be payable to a Participant under Subsection 10.5(b)(ii) of the Agreement.
