Net Pool Balance definition

Net Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Receivables (other than Defaulted Receivables) of the Issuer on such date.
Net Pool Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by the Excess Concentration.
