Net Orderly Liquidation Value definition

Net Orderly Liquidation Value means, with respect to Inventory of any Person, the orderly liquidation value thereof, net of all costs of liquidation thereof, as based upon the most recent Inventory appraisal conducted in accordance with this Agreement and expressed as a percentage of Cost of such Inventory.
Net Orderly Liquidation Value means, with respect to Inventory of any Person, the orderly liquidation value thereof as determined in a manner acceptable to the Administrative Agent by an appraiser acceptable to the Administrative Agent, net of all costs of liquidation thereof.

Net Orderly Liquidation Value means a professional opinion of the estimated most probable Net Cash Proceeds which could typically be realized at a properly advertised and professionally managed liquidation sale, conducted under orderly sale conditions for an extended period of time (usually six to nine months), under the economic trends existing at the time of the appraisal.
Net Orderly Liquidation Value means, with respect to Inventory or Equipment, as the case may be, the orderly liquidation value with respect to such Inventory or Equipment, net of expenses estimated to be incurred in connection with such liquidation, based on the most recent third party appraisal in form and substance, and by an independent appraisal firm, reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Net Orderly Liquidation Value with respect to Inventory of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, the orderly liquidation value thereof as determined in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent by an appraiser reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, net of all costs of liquidation thereof.
