Net Operating Revenues definition

Net Operating Revenues means Operating Revenues, less the Operation and Maintenance Costs during such fiscal year or period.
Net Operating Revenues shall have the meaning attributable to such term in the Loan Agreement.
Net Operating Revenues means the Operating Revenues of the System after deduction the Expenses of Operating and Maintaining the System.

Net Operating Revenues means a provider's gross charges less any deductions for bad debts, charity care, contractual allowances, and other payer discounts.
