Net Metering Rules definition

Net Metering Rules means, collectively, and as amended from time to time, the California net metering statutes, including, without limitation, CA Pub. Util. Code Sec. 2827, et seq., 2830, and AB 327, as well as any applicable orders or regulations issued by the California Public Utilities Commission and the associated net metering tariff of the Local Electric Utility.
Net Metering Rules means, collectively and as amended from time to time, the Massachusetts net metering statute, MGL c. 164, §§ 138-140, the Massachusetts net metering regulations, 220 CMR 18, orders issued by DPU relating to Net Metering (including, without limitation, DPU 16-64-D (July 29, 2016) and the appendices thereto) and the associated net metering tariff of the LDC.
Net Metering Rules means, collectively and as amended from time to time, the Massachusetts net metering statute, MGL c. 164, §§ 138 – 140, the Massachusetts net metering regulations, 220 CMR 18, orders issued by DPU relating to Net Metering (including, without limitation, DPU 11-10-A (May 7, 2012) and the appendices thereto) and the associated net metering tariff of the LDC.

  • FCU shall have no duty under this Agreement to account for, pay for, deliver, or return in kind any electricity produced by the Generating Facility and delivered into FCU’s System unless the system is net metered pursuant to FCU’s Net Metering Rules.

Net Metering Rules means collectively, M.G.L. c.164, section 138-140 and 220 CMR 18.00 et seq., orders issued by the Massachusetts DPU relating to Net Metering, and the associated net metering tariff of the LDC, as same may be amended.

Net Metering Rules means collectively, Maryland Public Utility Companies Code §7-306 and COMAR 20.50.10, as same may be amended. Person business trust, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated association, joint venture, Governmental Authority, limited liability company, or any other entity of whatever nature. Property Reporting Rights authority or other party, including without limitation under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 and provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, to the extent that such Acts provide such rights, or under any present or future domestic, international or foreign emissions trading program, that Developer owns the Environmental Attributes and the Environmental Financial Incentives associated with energy produced by the Facility.
