Net Metering Credit definition

Net Metering Credit means the monetary value of the excess electricity generated by a System, as set forth in the Net Metering Rules, and credited to the Purchaser by the Local Electric Utility.
Net Metering Credit means the applicable monetary value of an excess kilowatt-hour of electricity, determined in accordance with the Net Metering Rules, generated by a Solar Net Metering Facility, as defined in accordance with the Net Metering Rules.
Net Metering Credit means the applicable credit paid to an eligible Class I, Class II, Class III, or Neighborhood net metering facility, as the case may be, as set forth in M.G.L. c.164, s.138-140 and 220 CMR 18.02.

  • If the net metering registration shows that deliveries of energy in kWh from the Cooperative to the QF exceed the deliveries of energy in kWh from the QF to the Cooperative, the QF shall pay the Cooperative for the net amount of energy delivered by the Cooperative after application of any Net Metering Credit carried forward from previous months at the rate applicable to its type or class of electric service.

  • The amount, on a dollars per kWh basis, that is the difference between (a) the average Net Metering Credit that Buyer would have received for the Production Shortfall quantity during the applicable Guaranteed Period, minus (b) the average Net Energy Price for such Guaranteed Period, provided, however, if the amount is negative, no payment by Seller (or refund by Buyer) shall be required.

  • Each Cooperative Member or other purchaser that is allocated such excess Net Energy shall be obligated to pay the Cooperative fifty percent (50%) of the difference, if any, between the amount of the Net Metering Credit associated with such excess Net Energy and the Net Energy Price associated with such excess Net Energy and the Cooperative in turn will remit this amount to the Host Town.
