Net Metering Agreement means, with respect to a PV System, as applicable, a contractual obligation between a utility and an Obligor that allows the Obligor to offset its regular utility electricity purchases by receiving a bill credit at a specified rate for energy generated by such PV System that is exported to the utility electrical grid and not consumed by the Obligor on its property.
