Net Fixed Assets definition

Net Fixed Assets means, as of any date of determination, the net property, plant and equipment of the Consolidated Companies determined in accordance with GAAP and as reflected on the balance sheet of Intermet.
Net Fixed Assets means, as of any date of determination, the cost of fixed assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries minus depreciation expense incurred with respect thereto as of such date of determination, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

Net Fixed Assets means the fixed assets of Seller, net of accumulated depreciation, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
