Net Fees definition

Net Fees shall be defined to mean the gross revenues received by Multex for the Research, less any discounts, allowances, adjustments, distribution of pass through fees, taxes or other charges paid or incurred by Multex in connection with the sale of the Research.
Net Fees means the Tuition Fees actually received by the Program Administrator less any applicable taxes, duties, discounts, refunds or credits, provided that any discounts or credits are in accordance with the Program Administrator's standard policies.
Net Fees means the gross revenues received by Multex for Embargoed Research, less any discounts, allowances, adjustments, distribution or pass through fees, taxes or other charges paid or incurred by Multex in connection with the Embargoed Research Multex may not distribute the Embargoed Research by credit card purchase on the MultexNET web site.

More Definitions of Net Fees

Net Fees means all subscription payments received by Bark from a Referral Customer with respect to Bark’s provision of the Services to such Referral Customer during the Term, minus all Third Party Fees, payment processing fees, and any applicable Taxes.

If a Referred Client is referred to Company via written introduction by Consultant, then Company will pay Consultant a Referral Fee. A “Referred Client” is an entity that Company has had no prior business relationship with, and that hires one or more of, Company’s consultants (other than Consultant, called a “Legend”) for an engagement that results in payment made by Legend to Company. A “Referral Fee” is calculated based on the percentage that is specified on Company’s website (or shared via an email from Company to Consultant) at the time that the referral is made. The Referral Fee will be calculated as such percentage of the total amount paid by Legend and received by Company during a period of thirty-six (36) months following the execution of an agreement between a Referred Client and Legend.
Net Fees means the net amount after deducting from the amount of Gross Fees:
