Net Debt Adjustment definition

Net Debt Adjustment means the amount (if any) by which the Net Debt Amount is greater or less than the Target Net Debt Amount;
Net Debt Adjustment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(e).
Net Debt Adjustment means an amount (which may be a negative number) equal to (a) the Company Debt minus (b) the Company Cash Amount.

More Definitions of Net Debt Adjustment

Net Debt Adjustment shall equal the Reference Date Net Debt minus the Target Net Debt, as finally determined pursuant to Section 2.2(b) and (c), which amount may be a positive or negative number.
