Net Cash Value definition

Net Cash Value means the amount of money equal to the Surrender Value less Debts (if any).
Net Cash Value means on any date on or before the Benefit Cessation Date, an amount equal to the Guaranteed Cash Value less any Indebtedness.
Net Cash Value means the fair market value of the assets of each Seller's Qualified Decommissioning Fund reduced by twenty percent (20%) of the excess of the fair market value of such assets over their Tax Basis.
