Net Asset Value of a Fund definition

Net Asset Value of a Fund means the total assets of the Trust Estate of a Fund including, but not limited to, all cash and cash equivalents or other securities less total liabilities of such Fund, each determined on the basis of generally accepted accounting principles in the United States, consistently applied under the accrual method of accounting, including, but not limited to, the extent specifically set forth below:
Net Asset Value of a Fund at any time means the total assets in the Trust Estate of a Fund, determined on the basis of generally accepted accounting principles in the United States, consistently applied under the accrual method of accounting. The amount of any distribution made pursuant to Article VI hereof shall be a liability of such Fund from the day when the distribution is declared until it is paid.

  • The Net Asset Value of a Fund will be expressed in the Base Currency of the Fund, or in such other currency as the Directors may determine either generally or in relation to a particular Class or in a specific case.

Net Asset Value of a Fund means the amount determined on any Valuation Date at the Valuation
