  • Neighborhood means either of the following:

  • Floodplain or flood-prone area means any land area susceptible to being inundated by water from any source (see definition of “flood”).

  • Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”.   • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • Special Flood Hazard Area means an area that FEMA’s current flood maps indicate has at least a one percent (1%) chance of a flood equal to or exceeding the base flood elevation (a 100-year flood) in any given year.
