All disputes, differences, controversies, claims or questions arising in connection with, arising out of, occurring under, or related to, this Order and any subsequent amendments thereto, including, without limitation, the formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach or termination, as well as non-contractual claims (a "Dispute") shall be reduced to writing in a document to be sent to the other Party, requesting amicable negotiation (a "Negotiation Request").
As soon as reasonably practicable following receipt of a CEO Negotiation Request, the Chief Executive Officers of the Parties shall begin conducting good faith negotiations with respect to such Dispute.
