Negotiation Procedures definition

Negotiation Procedures means the procedures issued by PSALM to govern the privatization of the Purchased Assets dated 05 February 2021, including all supplements thereto.

Related to Negotiation Procedures

  • Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.
