By entering into this Agreement for use of the Marketplace, you hereby extend an irrevocable offer to sell the Equipment, as applicable, (a) to a Buyer who is the highest bidder and who meets or exceeds the opening bid, the Reserve Price, or Asking Price, as applicable (b) to a Buyer who commits to purchase Equipment at the Buy Now Price; or (c) to a Buyer who commits to purchase Equipment at the Negotiated Price.
In the event that you accept an offer or the Buyer accepts your Counter Offer (the "Negotiated Price"), a Binding Obligation is created and all terms herein shall apply.
