Negative Balance definition

Negative Balance means receipt of Copayments, Coinsurances, Deductibles or other compensation by PROVIDER or Participating Provider which are in excess of the amounts that are due to PROVIDER or Participating Provider for Covered Services under this Agreement.
Negative Balance means receipt of Copayments, Coinsurances, Deductibles or other compensation by PROVIDER or Participating Provider which are in excess of the amounts that are due to PROVIDER or Participating Provider for Materials and Supplies provided by XXXXX under this Agreement.
Negative Balance means a negative balance on the Card arising because the debits using the Card exceed the Card Balance.

Examples of Negative Balance in a sentence

  • If a particular Currency becomes overdrawn, and a Negative Balance arises, following any transaction authorised by you, the resulting debit balance immediately becomes a debt payable by you to the Issuer and we retain the right to recover this debt by deducting funds held in another Currency.

  • If notwithstanding any such deduction a Negative Balance remains, the resulting debit balance immediately becomes a debt payable by you to the Issuer.

  • When we convert the Negative Balance into the relevant Currency we will use the same rate that we use for Currency to Currency allocations on the given day we process the transaction.

  • A Negative Balance shall not mean an Overpayment as defined herein.

  • It is not permissible to overdraw the Available Balance such that you have a Negative Balance.


More Definitions of Negative Balance

Negative Balance means any debit balance that results when there are insufficient Funds on your Card and a transaction is processed and cleared.

DAVIS will automatically, when possible, apply the Negative Balance to other outstanding payables on PROVIDER’s account. In some instances it may be necessary for DAVIS to send an invoice to PROVIDER for outstanding Negative Balance(s). The PROVIDER is responsible to remit payment to DAVIS upon receipt of invoice. DAVIS retains the right to seek assistance from various collection agencies and/or to suspend or permanently terminate PROVIDER from further participation in DAVIS’ network in accordance with the suspension and termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. A Negative Balance shall not mean an Overpayment as defined herein.
Negative Balance means a debt within the Deposit Account where there are insufficient funds within the Deposit Account to meet Our charges, External Expenses, Withdrawals and Adviser Charge deductions as they fall due. See Part 3, Condition 3.2.5 for further details.
