Examples of Necessary benefits in a sentence

  • If you are in a private room, benefits will be limited by the Hospital’s rate for its most common type of room with two or more beds.If a private room is Medically Necessary, benefits will be based on the Hospital’s private room and board rate.

  • If the first and second consulting Doctors agree that your stay in a Hospital, skilled nursing facility or alcohol and substance abuse treatment facility is no longer Medically Necessary, benefits for your inpatient Hospital care, skilled nursing facility care or inpatient alcohol and substance abuse facility treatment will be terminated.
