Necessary Approvals definition

Necessary Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(e).

Necessary Approvals means any governmental and regulatory authorizations and approvals not obtained by or on behalf of the Borrowers and in full force and effect on the date hereof which governmental and regulatory authorizations and approvals are required to be obtained in order for the Borrower to legally and validly incur and pay interest at each and every rate prescribed herein, regardless of the then Relevant Rating."
