NAV Date definition

NAV Date means (unless otherwise provided in the Supplement for the relevant Fund) a day which is a Business Day.
NAV Date means the date on which the market value of all assets and liabilities of the Investment Fund is determined as the basis to calculate the NAV for that particular date. A specific NAV date is assigned to each Transaction in an Investment Fund.
NAV Date means the date on which the Net Asset Value and the Net Asset Value per Unit are calculated, currently the last calendar day of each month or such other date as the Manager may, acting in its absolute discretion, determine in accordance with this Trust Instrument;

Examples of NAV Date in a sentence

  • The NAV Date (as defined in the section entitled Issue of shares and subscription and payment procedures), Valuation Date and cut-off time for redemption orders are set out in the Fact Sheets.

Related to NAV Date

  • Acquisition Date With respect to any REO Property, the first day on which such REO Property is considered to be acquired by the Trust Fund within the meaning of Treasury Regulations Section 1.856-6(b)(1), which is the first day on which the Trust Fund is treated as the owner of such REO Property for federal income tax purposes.

  • Ending Date means the last day of each Offering Period.

  • Initial Date means the date of the closing of the Initial Offering of the Company.

  • Current Date means any day during the 20-day period ending on the date of the Closing.

  • Formation Date has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.

  • ZERO DATE means the date of issue of LETTER OF INTENT (LOI) or issue of WORK ORDER, whichever is earlier.

  • Term Commencement Date shall be the later of (i) November 1, 2006 or (ii) the date on which Landlord’s Work is Substantially Complete (or the date on which Landlord’s Work would have been Substantially Complete absent Tenant Delay or Force Majeure (as defined below)); provided, however, that if the Term Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the first lease year shall be extended through the last day of the calendar month in which the first 12-month period expires, and Rent for the additional period at the end of the first lease year shall be payable at the rate for the 12th month of the Term. “Force Majeure” means accident; breakage; repair; governmental regulation, moratorium or other governmental action. The “Term Expiration Date” shall be the day immediately preceding the seventh (7th) anniversary of the Term Commencement Date, provided that if such preceding day is not the last day of a calendar month, then the Term Expiration Date shall be the last date of the calendar month in which such preceding day occurs. Landlord and Tenant shall each execute and deliver to the other written acknowledgment of the actual Term Commencement Date and the Term Expiration Date when such are established, and shall attach it to this Lease as Exhibit B. Failure to execute and deliver such acknowledgment, however, shall not affect the Term Commencement Date or Landlord’s or Tenant’s liability hereunder. Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • Cessation Date means the date of Participant’s Termination of Service (regardless of the reason for such termination).

  • Interest Commencement Date means the Issue Date of the Notes or such other date as may be specified as the Interest Commencement Date in the relevant Final Terms;

  • IPO Closing Date means the closing date of the IPO.

  • Loan Commencement Date means, with respect to each Loan, the first Business Day of the calendar month following the Funding Date of such Loan.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Restatement Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the date the Board, a committee of the Board or the officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare an Accounting Restatement, or (ii) the date a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare an Accounting Restatement.
