Native Title Rights definition

Native Title Rights has the same meaning as the expressions “native title” or “native title rights and interestsdefined in section 223(1) of the Native Xxxxx Xxx 0000 (Cth) and includes those rights, interests and statutory protections of and relating to aboriginal persons and aboriginal cultural heritage as set out in the relevant legislation of the Northern Territory including the Northern Territory Aboriginal Sacred Sites Act (NT) or the Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984 (Cth). Notice has the meaning set forth in clause 14.1.
Native Title Rights has the same meaning as the expression “native title” or “native title rights and interests” as defined in section 223(1) of the Native Xxxxx Xxx 0000 (Cth) and includes those rights, interests and statutory protections of and relating to aboriginal persons as set in the legislation of Western Australia or the Aboriginal and Xxxxxx Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1985 (Cth). Obligation means any commitment, covenant, duty, obligation or undertaking whether arising by operation of Law, in equity or by statute and whether expressed or implied. Overhead means an amount which:
Native Title Rights means non-exclusive rights to take and use water for personal, domestic and non-commercial communal purposes (including the purposes of drinking, food preparation, washing, manufacturing traditional artefacts, watering domestic gardens, hunting, fishing and gathering and recreation, cultural and ceremonial purposes).

  • sectional title unit means a unit defined in section 1 of the Sectional Titles Act;

  • Permitted Title Exceptions means those exceptions to title to the Real Property that are satisfactory to the Acquiror as determined pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Transferred Shares means all or any portion of a Member’s Shares that the Member seeks to Transfer.

  • LLC Interests shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.1.3.

  • Common Interests of any Person means Capital Interests in such Person that do not rank prior, as to the payment of dividends or as to the distribution of assets upon any voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding up of such Person, to Capital Interests of any other class in such Person.

  • Seller Shares means all shares of Common Stock of the Company owned as of the date hereof or hereafter acquired by a Common Holder, as adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, subdivisions, recapitalizations and the like.

  • Derivative Partnership Interests means any options, rights, warrants, appreciation rights, tracking, profit and phantom interests and other derivative securities relating to, convertible into or exchangeable for Partnership Interests.

  • Owned Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Mining Rights means all interests in the surface of any lands, the minerals in (or that may be extracted from) any lands, all royalty agreements, water rights, patented and unpatented mining and millsite claims, fee interests, mineral leases, mining licenses, profits-a-prendre, joint ventures and other leases, rights-of-way, inurements, licenses and other rights and interests used by or necessary to mining and related processing operations.

  • Existing Title Policy means, the existing title insurance policy for the Property.

  • Transferred Property shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • Assessable property means property that is liable to assessment under this By-law;
