National Regulations definition

National Regulations means, at any time, (i) the Swiss national banking and capital adequacy laws, and (ii) the capital adequacy regulations promulgated by the Swiss Federal Council (Bundesrat) or the FINMA and the interpretation thereof by the FINMA or any other competent Swiss authority, in the case of each of clauses (i) and (ii), directly applicable to UBS Group AG (and/or, if different, the Group Holding Company) and/or the Group at such time.
National Regulations means the prevailing national banking and capital adequacy laws directly applicable to CSG and prevailing capital adequacy regulations promulgated by the Regulator and applicable to CSG;
National Regulations means the prevailing national banking and capital adequacy laws directly applicable to the Group and prevailing capital adequacy regulations promulgated by the Competent Authority and applicable to the Group;
