An Employee classified according to clause 12.1(e) (other than a Co-ordinator (Diploma Qualified) or a Co-ordinator) who is required by the Employer to act as an Authorised Supervisor in accordance with the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law (NSW) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations, as amended, shall be paid an amount as set out in Table 3 – Other Rates and Allowances of Schedule 1 – Salary Scales and Allowances.
