National Priority List definition

National Priority List means the list established by CERCLA.
National Priority List means the list compiled by the EPA of sites with uncontrolled Hazardous Substance Releases deemed by EPA to be priorities for further evaluation and cleanup based on the severity of hazards associated with those Releases.
National Priority List means the National Priorities List, a list compiled by the Environmental Protection Agency of the highest-priority sites undergoing or scheduled for cleanup under CERCLA.

More Definitions of National Priority List

National Priority List means that certain list promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency of uncontrolled or abandoned hazardous waste sites identified for possible long-term remedial action under CERCLA.

  • Priority List means the annual listing of fundable, waiting, and planning portion projects.

  • First Priority Lien means any Lien created by the First Priority Security Documents.

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Second Priority Lien means the Liens on the Second Priority Collateral in favor of Second Priority Debt Parties under Second Priority Collateral Documents.

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • Equal Priority Intercreditor Agreement means the Equal Priority Intercreditor Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1 among (x) the Collateral Agent and (y) one or more representatives of the holders of one or more classes of Permitted Additional Debt and/or Permitted Equal Priority Refinancing Debt, with any immaterial changes and material changes thereto in light of the prevailing market conditions, which material changes shall be posted to the Lenders not less than five Business Days before execution thereof and, if the Required Lenders shall not have objected to such changes within five Business Days after posting, then the Required Lenders shall be deemed to have agreed that the Administrative Agent’s and/or Collateral Agent’s entry into such intercreditor agreement (with such changes) is reasonable and to have consented to such intercreditor agreement (with such changes) and to the Administrative Agent’s and/or Collateral Agent’s execution thereof.
