National Pretreatment Standard definition

National Pretreatment Standard means any regulation of the USEPA, containing pollutant discharge limits promulgated by the administrator in accordance with sections 307(b) and (c) of the act, that applies to industrial users. This term includes prohibitive discharge limits established pursuant to 40 C.F.R. 403.5.
National Pretreatment Standard means any regulation containing pollutant discharge limits promulgated by the EPA in accordance with section 307(b) and (c) of the Clean Water Act which applies to industrial users and includes prohibitive discharge limits established pursuant to 40 CFR 403.5.
National Pretreatment Standard or "Pretreatment Standard" means any regulation containing pollutant discharge limits promulgated by the EPA in accordance with §307 (b) and (c) of the Act, which applies to industrial users.

National Pretreatment Standard means a pollutant discharge limit that:
