The authorities will continue to collect relevant data from EOPYY, the National Organisation for the Provision of Health Services, and regularly publish it.
The Secretary of each Branch shall promptly remit all monies due to the National Organisation as capitation fees, entrance fees or National levies.
Fourteen and a half (14 ½ ) per cent of the subscription income received by a Branch or such other percentage as is determined from time to time by the National Council, shall be payable as capitation fees by each Branch to the National Organisation.

If a National Organization has not, within a period of five completed fiscal years after its establishment as a National Organization pursuant to the provisions of Section 3 of this Article III, met the criteria prescribed by these By-laws for admission as a Member and or for continuing status as a National Organisation, the Members’ Assembly, together with representatives of the National Organization, shall analyze the situation and the Members’ Assembly shall determine the appropriate action.
This procedure shall be repeated annually, except that if the National Organization has not met the criteria prescribed by these By-laws by the tenth year, the decision to continue as a Member National Organisation after the tenth year and annually thereafter shall be authorized by at least three-quarters (3/4) of the votes cast at a meeting of the Members’ Assembly.
The National Council shall appoint biennially, a duly qualified and competent auditor or firm of auditors who shall audit the accounts of the National Organisation and provide a report, audited accounts and such further information and statements as may be required under any relevant legislation, in relation to each financial year or in relation to any other period that the National Council or the National Executive may determine.
Re- muneration of any kind must be given in connection with the work provided and must be notified to the National Ethics Committee and the National Organisation for Medi- cines (EOF) supervising the trial.
