national competent authority means any national competent authority as defined in Article 2(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1024/2013;
International Classification means the Classification established under the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs;
Regional Centre means a centre established or maintained by the University for the purpose of co-ordinating and supervising the work of Study Centres in any region and for performing such other functions as may be conferred on such centre by the Board of Management;
National Federation means the national sporting organisation representing you in a particular sport in New Zealand.
National Commissioner means the National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, appointed by the President under section 207(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996;
National Council means the National Bargaining Council for the Clothing Manufacturing Industry, registered in terms of the Act;
Food handler means a person who works with unpackaged food, food equipment or utensils, or food-contact surfaces for a food service establishment.
Comptroller General ’ means the Comptroller General of the United States;
Carriage means the whole of the operations and services undertaken or performed by or on behalf of the Carrier in respect of the Goods.
Federal Aviation Administration and "FAA" mean the United States Federal Aviation Administration and any agency or instrumentality of the United States government succeeding to their functions.
National Road Traffic Act means the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996);
Corporations Regulations means the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth).
Community action agency means an agency designated pursuant to section 8.
designated airline means an airline designated and authorized in accordance with Article 3 of this Agreement;
