Named Contacts definition

Named Contacts mean the individuals authorized to contact EnterpriseDB for Support. Such individuals should be trained and knowledgeable about the Software and the EnterpriseDB resolution procedures to be used with the Software. Named Contacts may be changed by providing EnterpriseDB with at least ten (10) days prior written notice.
Named Contacts means the engineering and support personnel who are knowledgeable and trained on the Products that are authorized to contact Nginx for Support Services.
Named Contacts means the individual(s) identified by Licensee as having authority to receive M&S on behalf of Licensee.

  • Dedicated Support Engineering hours are deducted from the total number of Dedicated Support Engineering hours designated in your Fee and Named Contacts Schedule(s).

More Definitions of Named Contacts

Named Contacts mean the individuals authorized to contact Us for Support. Such individuals should be trained and knowledgeable about the software and Our resolution procedures to be used with the software. Named Contacts may be changed by providing Us with at least ten (10) days prior written notice.
Named Contacts means Customer’s internal resource who is (i) knowledgeable about CloudBees, the Products and Customer’s use of the Products, and (ii) CloudBees’ contact for all issues related to the Products. . 11.18 Order Form(s) means the form submitted by Customer that permits Customer to purchase Subscriptions from CloudBees pursuant to this Agreement. . 11.19 Patch Release means generally commercially released code corrections and patches for the same Product as designated by a change in any digit to the right of the Minor Release number (e.g. x.xxx.X).

Related to Named Contacts

  • Customer Contact means the individual(s), whether a contract manager, category consultant or otherwise, who are to act for the Customer as the day to day point of contact for communications from the Contractor to the Customer in relation to the Contract, being the individual(s) identified in Section 2 of the Contract Schedule or otherwise notified to the Contractor from time to time;

  • Designated Contact means, the designated contact for the Bank in the Jurisdiction, as set out in Annex I of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time);

  • Authorized Contact is a representative authorized by Customer to request service changes using procedure outlined herein.

  • Material Contact means personal contact or the supervision of the efforts of those who have direct personal contact with Customers, Customer Prospects, or Vendors in an effort to initiate or further a business relationship between the Company and such Customers, Customer Prospects, or Vendors.

  • Unconsented contact means any contact with another individual that is initiated or continued without the consent of the individual, or in disregard of that individual's expressed desire that the contact be avoided or discontinued. Constitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of unconsented contact. Unconsented contact includes but is not limited to any of the following:

  • Contact means a communication, direct or indirect, between an athlete agent and a student athlete, to recruit or solicit the student athlete to enter into an agency contract.

  • Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.

  • Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.

  • Technical Contact shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.2.

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Sexual contact means the deliberate touching of a person's intimate body parts (including lips, genitalia, groin, breast or buttocks, or clothing covering any of those areas), or using force to cause self-touching by another person of intimate body parts.

  • Contact Officer means the person identified as Contact Officer on the cover page of this RFT;

  • Code of Ethics Contact Person means the Chief Compliance Officer or such person or persons as may be from time to time designated.

  • representative of a Party means an employee or any person appointed by a government department or agency or any other public entity of a Party who represents the Party for the purposes of a dispute under this Agreement.

  • Contact Hour Funds means the funds paid or payable by the Department under this Contract for the Scheduled Hours of supervised training and assessment reported for a Skills First Student. Contract means this VET Funding Contract and includes all schedules, annexures, attachments, plans and specifications and exhibits to it. Contract Notification means a document issued by the Department via the SVTS that either provides specific information or advice about aspects of this Contract or formally notifies the Training Provider of a variation to this Contract. Control means, with regard to an entity:

  • Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.

  • Primary Contact means the individual a Proponent (that has submitted a Proposal), designates to represent the Proponent during the competitive process associated with this RFP. There can be only one (1) Primary Contact.

  • Contact Person means the Contractor's management level personnel who will work as liaison between the City and the Contractor and be available to respond to any problems that may arise in connection with Contractor's performance under the Contract.

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Contact Information means information to enable an individual at a place of business to be contacted and includes the name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number of the individual;

  • Informed consent means a documented written agreement to allow a proposed action, treatment, or service after full disclosure provided in a manner the individual or his or her guardian understands, of the relevant facts necessary to make the decision. Relevant facts include the risks and benefits of the action, treatment, or service; the risks and benefits of the alternatives to the action, treatment, or service; and the right to refuse the action, treatment, or service. The individual or his or her guardian, as applicable, may revoke informed consent at any time.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Grievor means the employee concerned, a local of the Union, the Union or the Company.

  • Potential Material Event means any of the following: (i) the possession by the Company of material information not ripe for disclosure in a Registration Statement, which shall be evidenced by determinations in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Company that disclosure of such information in the Registration Statement would be detrimental to the business and affairs of the Company, or (ii) any material engagement or activity by the Company which would, in the good faith determination of the Board of Directors of the Company, be adversely affected by disclosure in a Registration Statement at such time, which determination shall be accompanied by a good faith determination by the Board of Directors of the Company that the Registration Statement would be materially misleading absent the inclusion of such information.
